ok put me on the list.
picture is not of 4" BP plate but im sure it will be
as you see bp in pic is same size as 6" Flex XC 3401 VRG 6 inch Backing Plate
for it to be 4" it has to be no bigger then metal color on buffer which is 4.25" in diameter, even then its pushing it but then you can use 5" pads safely

How does this work out? If its a 4" backing place it would be too big for 4" pads as there will be a bit of overhang/no safety cushion and too small for 5.5" pads which makes you limited to 5" pads which very few companies make.

 

My exact thoughts. They make a 3.5" for the PC to use with 4" pads.

Will the Lake Country 5.5" Pads work ok on this backing plate?? Is the exact diameter 4" ? Pls advise..
