I've always liked shoes, and just recently I've been buying them non stop. I've bought three pairs of shoes in the past two weeks:drinking2:. Anyways, just wanted to see who else is into shoes...and I needed an opportunity to show em off:. I'll start it off! Let see 'em:headbang:
I used to be big into jordans. I used to resell and collect them. Are you on Niketalk? I emphasize the "used to be". Havent bought a pair of shoes since my first son. Now I just wear all the shoes that once kept tucked away in my closet.
nah I'm not on Niketalk, but yeah I don't buy shoes to collect. I'll wear these just some more than others.
I'll snap a shot in a bit. As a fellow sneakerhead, I'd suggest investing in some good spreaders to use on your daily wear. Can't have those nasty creases!
Can you send me a link to one, I googled it and couldn't find them. I found brake shoe spreaders and horse shoe spreaders.
Do you mean like a picture of one? Or where to buy, because to be honest with you, I found most of mine at the dollar store :giggle:
Alright, here's what I got. Got everything from wrestling shoes, to track spikes, and a sh** ton of track shoes. Please please please ignore how dirty all my shoes are, filthy I know, need to take the time and clean em up. And onto the customs I've done so far...(also my daily wear) Fake forces in the front there, damn you eBay. But what the hell, they were only $15, I use them for true "outdoors" stuff now. My most recent pair. Graphite/blue/yellow Uptempo Black/Green/White TMAC's Purple/Yellow AF1's (These are legit AF's, done for my soon to be college, UW - go huskies.) Lastly, my very first pair of customs, Huarache 2K5's in orange/turq. I really hope to do a pair of dunks/SB dunks in the near future to match my future lover - a BMW E46.
I look at it as art you can tell alot about where society is or was at by simply looking at the design of the shoe but once again that's just me.. And before I forget sorry for the double post didn't know a mod had to approve my post
Thanks! Never grew up with anything interesting, other than "pumps" haha, but wanted a more "driving"-oriented shoe for spring/summer/heel-toeing..
Yea, I noticed a bunch of guys using shoes like these at the track the other day I asked them if they noticed a difference and they love these shoes when it comes to track days or driving for that matter.
