I have one of those nice plastic chrome grilles with additional plastic chrome on the back of the car. I will wash with ONR but there remains spots on the plastic. What non-abrasive cleaner/polisher should I use to get this looking nice. Cant use chrome cleaner or polish as that is too tough. What would you suggest using that will not take off the finishe.

Would an AIO product be too harsh?

I just use cleaner wax on my plastic chrome. It usually seems to clean them up.

I don't know if you have it or not but in most cases that I dealt with JS109 is perfect for that. I am not a fan of it as a sealant (FMJ is better IMO) but boy does this stuff do amazing things with chrome. Whatever the ingredients are, something in it takes away some nasty spots on chrome if you don't have a chrome cleaner handy.

I think Jason uses Duragloss 501 for chrome badging.

+1. I use DG501 to clean it up, then 105 on top. I get weird looks from the neighbors while polishing the badges with a q-tip.

they just don't get it :crasy:
