One of my pics made it on TopGear!

While in California a few weeks ago for Pebble I snapped this pic on the way to the show, it was just about 6am and I thought it was too cool to pass up.

Vintage 300SL Gullwing racecar with matching Mercedes transport truck...btw Bob (AutoConciegre) was driving so he gets partial credit for this! If I make any money off of it though I a aint sharing!

Congratulations! Does anyone know anything about the car it is hauling? That certainly isn't a garden variety production 300SL Gullwing. It looks like one of the racing variants but which one? Maybe one of the 1952 Carrera Panamerica cars? I suppose the car could be some kind of replica too.
