For $60 it's not a bad place to start. I'm not sure if anyone here owns one, if they did I'm sure they would have chimed in and would have helped you out by now.

Why don't you take the advice that was given to you earlier and just PM Paul? I'm sure that he'll be more than helpful in pointing you the right direction.

 

Its a electonic microscope that hooks threw usb. There are a ton of them that all come with software and everything you need. just google it and find one you like. As for the exact tool Paul is using in that photo. Im not sure. There are many like it all over the internet.
