I have used 105 and a purple foamed wool pad. It's a great combo.

Amazing Combo! haha I have a few purple pads and a gallon and a half of M105. It is prime. It leaves some light swirls but it is amazing for how heavy the cut is.

I used it and it worked good, it did marr my paint a bit but nothing ultrafina or 106ff couldn't clean right up.

Yes it is. Thanks for the recommendation Pat. This combo finishes very well, especially when you consider the cut that it has.

I have them and I currently suck at using them. I'm crying inside because it's defeating me! LoL.

I'm going to have to go to town on the old 5 series sitting in my driveway. I finally got my Edge wool pads (black, yellow, green) from AG to fit my 3KIA. Oh this should be fun...

You have to spritz the LC Purple pad with one spritz of QD and use two or three at the most dime size drops and thats it. I can usually get two or three panels out of that combo.

My problem is that its a b!tch to clean those LCP pads.

Pick up the M105 off of the paint at about 10 o'clock position with your spinning pad. This will solve most of your "polish turning into cement on your paint." Also the PFW pads will get caked up alot quicker then the edge yellow wool, due to the short pile of the PFW. So be prepared to clean the PFW more often.

    I actually do that though.

Yeah, I'll probably try this out again with the PFW but I'll also try it with my Edge yellow/black wool pads on my old 5 series. Perhaps M105 will be a little more friendly with the Edge wool pads.

And how exactly do you clean the PFW pads while using them?

If you're asking me, I use my UPW.
