I will be using this machine, the new Sonax backing plate and some supposed "outstanding" Sonax polishes on my next two corrections, will keep you posted... Big thanks to Phil for letting me demo this machine and give some feedback on it and a big thanks to Sonax for hooking it all up.
Very nice is there any way you can post a demo video like the last one you posted using the 9227? I like the backing plate it looks solid and better than the gloss it one, is it softer than the 3M perfect it one?
I'd like to know about the volume of the machine. I think it'll perform well but if it sounds like a banshee that might be a deal breaker.

Awesome video Dave very informative. I like your review on it more than the one Mike Phillips from autogeek did. I was viewing your other video yesterday on how you finish with a rotary, because I want to get the 9227 this up coming year. But who nows now I might save up for the new Flex. Also thanks for letting us know about the Sonax backing plate by comparing it to the 3M.
