We are allowed to vote if we have the pads from other people right? I got mine from Detailed Image when I first got my kit...

EDIT: They were the flat pads lol

BUT I like the CCS pads a lot :D

I find the CCS gimmick actually works. More product stays under the pad compared to flat pads.

I would love to see some of the LC Variable Contact pads in smaller sizes (sans ccs). These pads are indestructible, surround the BP, overall great pads. However, the smallest they currently make is 7.5" diameter, some 5.5" with a 4" BP would be ideal. I've mentioned it to the guys at LC but I figured you'd have more leverage than me. Back to the original question, I like CCS pads in the white polishing and blue finishing. The orange and yellow CCS pads are too stiff...

yes can't seem to get them smaller than the 7.5.

maybe I should do a special gb on those.

I'd be in if you found something smaller than 7.5 :)

I personally think they would be a huge success. I would easily switch over all of my pads over to them (whatever size <7.5"). They may be costly to produce (hopefully under $12) compared to other traditional pads but they'd last for a very long time. Sorry for the tangent of the thread but I think it'd be a good business decision for LC to produce and someone to distribute them.

what's funny is I have heard that the velcro isn't all good on them and they separate.

    they are 24 per case.

I have plenty of the 7.5's and they don't get used that much anymore due to the 4" and 5.5" pads sadly. Here's a picture of a pad that I bought probably in 2005 sometime after many uses and cleanings I've never had any separations or velcro failure, just typical wear and tear. I did get one bad batch from Danase where they cracked but that was limited to that one order for some reason and happened on the first or second use on all of those pads ...
