300k a year:yikes: If you do Fleet work($100 a car) thats 58 cars a week, thats if you get $100 pr.:shead: How many emploees you got? Teach me How your doing this please:giggle:
I'm in Australia so thats AU$300k but this yr it will top 400k with the new work we got recently. We charge a flat rate per car to the dealerships and pay the staff per car that way the costs are fixed. Good detailers that are quick, thorough and we dont need to redo their work can earn good $$. The guys that stand around, talk on mobiles and smoke 2 packs a day dont earn so much. We reward on performance and quality. Every single car is quality checked and if needed sent back to the detailer to fix or redo if its not to standard. Staff varies between 5 and 10 per day and i dont work weekends (ever)
Oh I see what your saying, so you have to split $233,628(AUD) between 5-10 People.:yikes:then that means your part of the working poor like Me:giggle: Glad to here biz is doing good, congradulations opcorn:
You assume the staff get the majority. Try 1/3 Staff. 1/3 Business costs and 1/3 owner If you run your company that way not only are you making yourself some $$ but your business stays healthy and has $$ to expand. With the right staff they can also make decent $$ (a few of mine do over 1k a week)
:shead: $233,628 x .33=$77,097.24 :shead:Lets say you have 7 Employees $77,097.24 devided by 7=$11,013.89 pr. year comes out to $211.81 pr. week before taxes.:shakehead: What do yall live in, Mud Huts:giggle: :shead: biz expense $77,097.24 Well this is harder 4 me to break down(Rent, Workmans Comp, Insurance, Supplies,Utilities,ETC... + Foreign Land)

I would be carefull of relying on 1 source of Income(Fleet Work) Be sure and keep all your regular Retail Customers happy first, no matter how good that Monthly Check looks.
