Heavy Duty Sprayer Needed.

Hi, I use a small amount of chemicals for my personal cars and I need something that can hold Megs WB without nozzle leak, it gets all over my hands and if you read my previous thread on WB it outlines the health risks, BUT I am looking for the right spray nozzle, one that I don't have to rinse out because by the time I'm done with the car or cars I just want to put everything away and not have to rinse out all my stuff, I mean don't get me wrong I take care of all my tools but rinsing out nozzles is a bit much. Is there any nozzle that can stand up to it?

 

why not use gloves then not worry?

 

Oh, and I love WB, Im picking up CG's Diablo soon but I want to keep the WB around for intense stuff.

 

Gloves get all sweaty, I want to use gloves, and probally still will even if I get the correct nozzle but I want to know if something works.

 

i've yet to come across a sprayer for WB that didn't need to be flushed after using.

eg: used a new CG chemical resistant sprayer with WB, 2 days later, it failed.

still works fine after a few months tho, since i've just learned to deal with flushing the sprayer each time i use WB

 

I had this same issue...even my chem supplier couldn't find a good sprayer for me...went through Grainger & pd $9 each for some meant for auto detail use...still leaked...best I've ever used..have had same sprayers in bottles now for approx 8 months (never rinse out) Food service sprayers...a friend works for Sysco food svc and got them for me...great sprayers!!:thumb:

 

dont think anything will work with WB without rinsing, it is pita but you have to do it.

 

After detailing for 20 years, I haven't found a trigger sprayer that will stand up to solvents and acids. The wheel cleaner we have is way stronger than WB and I rinse the trigger out after every use. That $2 trigger has lasted over 6 months.
