Gi need some help with finding cheap garage floor matts that i can roll a customers car on, steam wash and prevent the ground from being slippery. minimal water run off except when doing wheels. also want these to keep the appearance of my shop looking nice
I did my whole garage in the ones from sears cost me about $200. I have had them for 3years and drive cars on them ever day. The best thing is there don't absorb water so you don't have to worry abort them being full of water. There padded so when I have to buff the lower part of the car I can sit on the floor.
Not the cheapest but try a Tractor Supply Store. Horse stall mats they are about an inch thick and we used them in high school weight rooms, my basement. They will last a life time. Easy to wash out as they have a flat side and a grooved side. http://www.tractorsupply.com/rubber-horse-stall-mat-4-ft-x-6-ft--2219003 http://tsc.tractorsupply.com/search?w=horse+stall+mat&searchButton.x=29&searchButton.y=12

Hey thanks guys, thanks for writing and keeping up on this. just got off work and read the postings So the biggest feature i am looking for is no slip. i am aiming at getting in at a mall location now and dont want the water drippage to look ugly to the mall manager and employees and very gripping to shoes. cant have slippage Thanks, Godoman
Godoman, are you looking for a water containment mat? Chemical Guys has such a product for about $850. Link Otherwise, avoid anything that soaks up water as it will become mildewy and moldy.
Do you have problems with mildew buildup from water seeping into the cracks? I know the pool I saw at for years had a deck like this stuff http://www.cartwheelfactory.com/plastic_decking.html and we had to rip it up once a year to clean the mold out from under it.
No, not a containment matt There r 2 detail shops i scoped out that used steam like i do to detail. their services were limited to quick details and carpet shampooing floor matts and spotting seats with coffee stains. the first shop had no flooring, just concrete and it looked blacked out because of the limited run off from doing wheels and the tire dressings dripping t
No I have no mildew problems they do not soak up water or oil. They keep my garage warmer in winter to. I do all my washing out side and use a master blaster inside the garage.
