Using Diablo right now on my e30 bbs. Its cut 3:1 dilution. Now on its 2nd coating and its not moving the baked on stuff. Brush being used is Autoglym Wheel Brush (medium stiff bristles). Will post pics later when finished with the wheel. (they will be followed with tar and glue and fk1000p)
baked on brake dust can only be removed with Megs WB followed by Tardis. CG diablo is a maintaince wheel cleaner...
You know when i get a car with really dirty baked on brake dust on the wheels, i use p21s gel. It has not let me down yet. i too have diablo but i am trying to get rid of the other wheel cleaners that i have before opening diablo gallon.
I like diablo. It's not the strongest cleaner, but it's not supposed to be. It's supposed to be safe. Get some WB for the tough stuff.
Tip from a pro: spray on P21S liberally and leave it on there for an entire WEEK. Then try to remove the black crap.
Hey Mozzie Owner. We gave you the heads up about the limited cleaning power so I'm not surprised to hear this post from you. You need to use something stronger like Meg's Wheel Brightener, P21S Gel, Espuma Revolution, etc. Either something high-alkaline or strong acidic formula. Diablo is pH neutral and safe for all wheels, but is not very powerful.
