How many employees and do they handle all the work(polishing, decon, lsp)?

all my guys currently can work a machine.

depending on how many cars I have lined up I have a bench going 5 deep.

I usually handle about 90% of the polishing and compound.

The guys are usually brought in when we have cars back to back.

All the guys are more than capable of washing, decon, clay, full interiors, steaming, engine detailing, last step, and final touches.

I'm constantly getting all the guys to step up their compound and polishing game.

Consensus from a few guys is that the Opti Guard is the way to go, sure looks good on Jeff's truck. Phil I used the Master laster on those jobs in Vegas as Jimmy (Bobby Bottle...) has one and it "Blows away" pun intended the Craftsman leaf blower I have.........got to get one.
