I just got back yesterday. I had a great time. Lots of vendors were there and it was great to chat with them. Flex, Optimum, Black Wow, Griots, Ultima etc. It was great to meet people I have chatted with for years.
i wanted to go so bad... bought my ticket for the car show and everything... but i didn't finish detailing my car in time :/
It was ok not as hyped as everyone made it a few good venders. I went on Sunday so maybe that was the reason not sure I pulled up and they asked me to put my truck in the show for free so that was nice lol. No one messed with it so not bad I did get a lot of free stuff and not little freebys so I guess it was not all to bad lol.
Richie and I attended, met up with Barry,Dave Fermani and Pat......yes you read that right(hell just froze over lol) and made peace and talked shop and even went to dinner later. Also met up with Joe Fernandez and other industry people I have seen on the forums, hopefully Barry and Dave will put up the pics they took. I thought the event was nice, lot's of stuff on display obviously and I saw the Meg's kit with the mini sander and rotary(Air powered) with all the backing plates/pads, so all in all it was good to attend.
It was a pleasure to meet all of you and Richie as well. Dinner that evening made the entire trip worth it for me. Thanks, Richard
Thank you Pat, just wondering when Barry is going to put up the pics he took of us(I know he is busy Manheim account, but remember "No pics, it did not happen" (lol). Guys will need proof that Richie and I acted like gentlemen and that the fued is squashed(Might even be back on Ao.org...............maybe 2012 is the end of the world. :tiptoe:
