.... customer service is not dead. I've had some real cluster****s with online vendors lately. The attitude of some in resolving a dispute seemed to resemble a 'we've got your money now go away and shut up' attitude. :shrug: Somedays you get the bear, some days he gets you. I put in my first order with Detailers Domain a few weeks ago. The order was processed and shipped promptly and arrived in good order. There was a small discrepency in the order so I contacted Phil. Not only was I *not* given a runaround or made to feel like I was a pain-in-the-neck, Phil's personal attention and remedy to the situation bordered on overkill and bending over backwards to please the customer. A refreshing change from my past experiences with other vendors. So now I know what all of you that have done business with DD know, Phil takes care of his customers and appreciates your business. Thats awesome. Glad Phil is a sponsor here!! Customer service is dying off at an alarming rate. For example, I just got my cell phone back from repair today, and guess what they gave me? A phone more broken then the one I sent in for repair! The phone is now out of warranty because it took them that long to fix it...ah well.
