I got a call from a family friend needing a favor. We all know where this is going...Turns out the company he works for wanted to do something for a client who had a bad experience. Their budget was $150 - enough for a wash, vacuum and wax...normally. The following is a smattering of before and afters depicting the nightmare that was presented to me upon arrival. As you go through the pics, you will notice that everything is not perfect. Keep in mind this was to be a 3 hour job and after 2 hours I had only washed it. Oh yeah, and I didn't bring my shampooer! Kinda funny, I normally do 50/50 shots of paintwork correction and all the 50/50s here are of dirty/clean interior shots. Jambs cleaned with AG Powermax3 Foamed with top secret citrus product Washed with AG Bodywork Shampoo Conditioner Tires, wheels and inner fenders cleaned with AG Powermax3 with some wheel acid to budge the caked on brake dust Interior washed down with top secret citrus product Windows cleaned with AG Fast Glass Tires dressed with Blue Dew tire dressing LSP today was AG Super Resin Polish Total time - 5.5 hours A little dog hair to round out the package. Left side vacuumed, right side not. 50/50 shot of dirty rear panel 50/50 of interior of rear hatch - give that dog a bath!! This is what the entire exterior looked like Sorry you had to see this!!:gross:
This must pretty much sum it all up. It must feel great to take a shower after that. Nice work, you certainly made a difference in the world that day!
Oh my word, that has got to be the most disgusting vehicle interior I have ever seen....Can't actually believe people would ride around in something that bad ! Great turnaround, Bear Valley sums it up nicely....Definately take a long bath after that one !
Don't worry. The price I quoted is not the price they will be paying. And you are right, this I why I don't do minivans either. This was a favor for a good friend.
