i just received my first ever oder of cg. i got several products to try. my question is on the cg/wg ,cg/wc. and maxi-suds soaps anf the grime reaper and fabric cleander they ALL have the weirdest separation of GUNK ive ever seen. I dont understand what it is and dont know how to "shake it" out because the soaps are so thick. Is this normal?:shead:

Yes this is very normal especially with the CWG as the glossing agents seperate in suspension. Just shake the snot out of it before you use it and it'll be fine.

I have never seen Maxi Suds separate but i could imagine it is normal. They sit for a while so its bound to happen...just shake for a while, should be fine

Well it really does matter that you shake the products. Some products will separate on their own and in order to get consistent results it is necessary.

That does sound odd. I have a gallon of it that has sat now for probably 8 months and shows no sign of separation. It is a decent soap. Not my favorite go to soap but it does probably plenty of suds as the name suggests.
