Pensacola, Fla-An ex-convict who taught self defense to children. A day laborer who served prison time for killing a man in a fight. An Air Force staff seargant attached to a elite special ops unit. Somehow authorites say, they ended up part of a loosely connected group of seven men charged in the shootings of Byrd and Melanie Billings, a wealthy florida panhandle couple known for adopting children with special needs. The crime was captured on an extensive video survelliance system the Billings used to keep track of their many children. The suspects who ranged in age from 16 to 56, and several were day laborers who knew each other thru a pressure washing business and an auto detailer they worked for. "We're dealing with a group of folks...that get odd jobs, part time jobs andtheydrift" County Sheriff David Morgan said. One of them served 2 years in a Tennessee prison in the early 1990's after killing a man during a fight. He also served nearly 2 years in prison in Florida on an aggravated assault charge. :shead: I'm glad I work alone, I try and warn some of my customers to have there heads on a swival when getting in-out of there vehicles and make sure no one is following them....Sadly alot of them will comment something like..."Being a little paranoid today you think, Flash" Mind you we rank #2 in the nation for Murder :thud:
