Heres some pictures from my trip with my girl for my 20th birthday to Austin and San Antonio from over a year ago. Heres the riverwalk in San Antonio The RiverCenter (a huge mall) Downtown San Antonio Downtown Austin Looking down Congress St. in downtown Austin and also back at the State building. The bridge over Congress right next to our hotel in downtown Austin. Also one looking from the bridge down at South Congress. Heres some road signs. (You can tell they were having rain, lol) And some car pictures. Austin was an awesome place. The downtown had a lot of night life, especially on 6th street. Horse carriages, fancy hotels, a lot of neat things to see/do in a downtown. San Antonio was more of a tourist city with the Riverwalk, RiverCenter, Alamo and such. If you ever get a chance to go to or close by San Antonio you have to check out the Riverwalk. It was amazing, all the restaurants, people, and stores. Thats all for now, lol. We have a ton more on about 4 other cards, but I am not sure where they are since we moved. Enjoy.
Hi wagonproject, Looks like you had a great birthday. I'm glad you enjoyed It. Thanks for sharing. That was cool of you...:thumb:
looks familiar for some reason, though the riverwalk IS a tourist trap to the truest definition. We had a TON of rain last year and almost none this year.
wow cool pictures, that river walk looked incredable...looked like something you would see in Italy. Great pictures, thank you for sharing eace:
where are the pics of the GF? lol j/k i wanna go to San Ant for vacation. maybe even try to get in to the new cowboys stadium for opening day 09?? whoo hoo that would be the best
Yeah it was awesome! Anythings better then staying here in Michigan, lol. Np, aways like seeing pics of places. lol, yeah I can see that. But its pretty neat to see and take in everything. I would have to agree. Yeah its something I've always wanted to see. People I talked to said its usually clearer, but they had a lot of rain (flooding in places) so that may have been the reason. lol, I was told under a strict voice no pics of her posted on the comp. I tend to listen to her after 5 years, lol. Yeah it was an awesome place, wish we had more time there. And going to CB stadium would be even better! Also all the little family owned Mexican restaurants were the best!
