Hey all, I'm heading over to the local auto body supply supply shop, to browse their selection. they have most meg's polishes (except 205), and most 3M US polishes. Just wondering about the quality of the ultrafina when bought in the US. They want about 40 bucks for a quart/litre (whatever size they come in, don't know off hand). Anyways, just wondering if it would be a waste of 40 bucks to get the US version of 3M UF (or any of the 3M US polishes for that matter). Thanks!
I have used the UK and the US version and really couldn't tell a difference in the 2. It's a great finishing polish.
Me too, I've used them both and can't tell a difference in performance. I just use the US version now.
Which kid? I remember there were a couple. But no. There is an auto body supply shop about 30 miles away from me. I can get all the Meg's gallons (shampoo plus, wheel brightener, etc.) for pretty cheap, and no shipping. I saw they also have the 3M US polishes, so Ithought maybe I'd pick some up. but I have a LOT of 1Z to burn through first.
ive been wondering the same thing. on another note, how are the 3m US pads? do they compare to the UK ones?
I've only ever tried the US version, but I think it's the best final polish I've ever used :headbang:
