This was a partial paint correction detail. For one the owner didn't want to feel like he shouldn't be driving it, as it is a daily driver. The cost and time was also a concern, but I did my best to get this car looking fantastic, instead of just great. I was able to spend 9 hours on this rock hard paint though. I know the owner at times must have felt like I was never going to leave. :buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing::buffing: I do have to say that this car is treated like a baby and it showed. It was in very good shape after 11 years. :2thumbs: to the owner. However the paint under proper lights showed that it was in need of some TLC. Horizontal surfaces are pretty perfect now, along with the upper part of the vertical panels. The rest is greatly improved, but not perfect. very nice man. I see that you have found the winning combo for everything. Your Combo remains the same and so do the results. Hehehe. sweet deal
Looks very very nice!!! You dont see to many ppl using QEW anymore. Hard to believe that car is 10 years old!
Looks very nice...it's got a wonderful glow to it. Kinda gives you more motivation when the owner is so proud of his ride, doesn't it?
Thank you very much everyone. vtec - I used the flex rotary and the flex 3401. Orange pads from HD and DI. white and green ccs pads red ccs pads.... reflect - HD UNO finishes so well even with their orange pad, that you just want to leave it at that and top it with an LSP. However one can continue and use softer pads for even better shine. Once again I was not thinking and just used my canon s70. Very good camera but inside with low lights I prefer my Canon S3. The car looked so wet and glossy. Oh well, next time. I'll be doing 4 more Vettes, 2 are retail jobs.:thumb::thumb::thumb:
