Had to go back to a clients and do her husbands car. These pics are of her car three weeks after 2 coats of FMJ. The car hasn't been washed since I did it.
911 those beads look great. How long do you wait before a second coat of FMJ and I was under the Impression that FMJ sheeted not beaded. What up with that. Do you know...:shrug:
To be honest, I typically put one coat on and after it dries, I wipe it off and lay down another coat. On a medium sized car, I can lay down 3 coats in under 3 hours. It doesn't seem to affect durability at all. I just happened to pull this car out into the driveway as it started to rain and this is what I got. If you run water over it the whole hood will sheet off in a few seconds.
