I tried to install a new MS Office 2007 but recivd error message SKU113.cab missing? I may have erased it when I removd MS Office 2003 (pre-installed with machine, no CD) How can I get a downloadable copy of this file? Thanks
Give me your address( I have student version which doesn't need activation).....OR.......... Download bittorrent at BitTorrent then search for Office 2003 at Download music, movies, games, software! The Pirate Bay - The world's largest BitTorrent tracker, download, then reinstall. I don't believe you need to uninstall the previous version of office if upgrading. If so, it will prompt you to do so.
How can we assist you? the SKU113.cab is needed to run Office 2003 basic. Give Microsoft a call and if it was pre-installed, they may send you another disk? Not for sure though.
Thanks for the help guys. Thus far no solution, I did a google search and it seems a common problem-albeit one without an immidiate solution, thus far. But I'll keep on trying (£200 of new Office software later and I can use my computer for word docs
If you're in need of a word processor Open Office is a free program and is compatible with MS Office file extensions. It's pretty crude but in a pinch it works and at least you'll be able to read/edit/write documents until you get it figured out.
try uninstalling office and reinstall it. i have 07 installed and dont have that file When you try to start a Microsoft Office 2003 program for the first time, you receive the "Installation Error: File not Found" error message
Download details: Office 2003 Tool: Local Installation Source Tool This Microsoft tool will find the file from the original location in a hidden folder from installation. BTW: if you installed 2007, why do you need this file? This .cab file is a 2003 file. Maybe you are clicking on the icon associated with 2003 instead of 2007?
