I just got my Flex today. I have to say Detailers Domain/Phil has incredible customer service. I ordered yesterday and it showed up today, can't beat that. :thumb:

OK Flex users, tell me your routine?

What speed do you ise the most?

What pads seem to work the best with the Flex?

What is your killer combo, pad, polish and speed?

I want to hear what is working for you.

I am proficient with my Rotary and also have a Makita BO6040 which is very similar to the Flex so I am no stranger to the orbital with forced rotation but still like hearing from people that have been using the Flex for a while what speeds they use etc...

    Thanks everybody.

since you have experience, you know the only way is to test various combinations out yourself and see what works best for you. with that said, here's what i use and from reading the forums i think most follow this rule.

work 12x12 or even 8x8 sections at a time
three pea size drops of product on pad
    blot on finish
    speed 1 to distribute product
5 or 5.5 to work product
    speed 2 for last pass
no need to add pressure as you would the weaker PC

    PFW w/ meg 95 or 105
    LC orange w/ SIP
LC white or LC black w/ 106FF
LC blue / black w/ FPII to jewel
    LC black w/ jetSeal
