What about griots garage wheel cleaner. Its not strong and dosn't say anything about diluting it but i wash my car 1-2 times a week so i dont need a strong wheel cleaner.

You don't always need to use a dedicated wheel cleaner, when possible I just use regular soap and water. If it doesn't break up the break dust/grim then I'll step up to a wheel cleaner.

i have chrome rims and nothing seems to make them shine like griots does.

Also does anybody dilute 303? i never have but at 60$ a gallon.

you tried P21S on your wheels?

If you need something powerful, poorboys S&R gets the wheels really clean - but can be harsh
