Blackberry users

Seeing the iPhone thread, it looks like a ton of us already have a blackberry.

What would you guys think of a PIN exchange? That way we could chat with one another pretty much anywhere!

 

just keep the blackberry i feel as though getting the iphone is a downgrade pretty much i mean there gonna be some extra charges if u know what i mean

 

I really like my 8120 blackberry... has everything I need and I don't see myself getting anything else for a few years at least.

 

I do the blackberry chat with carlos all the time, its a great way to commincate......

 

yea it called phone call or texting i don;t know any other form of communition

 

texting and the blackberry chat are diffrent, blackberry chat is more like msn then a text msg

Would there be any consenquences of listing your PIN online?

 

Thats what I am wondering. haha I guess we can have a mass PM if necessary, but I dont know enough to know that it is safe...so I am holding off for now i guess

 

I'm down with it!!! Maybe all of us with blackberrys could list our names that want to sign up for a pin exchange. Then send one person all the pins along with names, and that one person can send out a mass PM to everyone else

There's a link to download the PDF manual for messaging... it's pretty straight forward, but you need some contacts first haha

 

I'm with you, I don't want so many people adding me (not that anyone would haha)... I think Carlos should send a PM to people on the list who he thinks will actually talk about detailing, etc.

I do think it's a pretty cool idea to bring people a bit closer together, more personal in a way...

 

there is nothing to worry about leaving your PIN on line. on most BB forums there is a sticky of users with there PINs. it is great to be able to chat with others around the world. i'll be the first since its already on the web some where.

I added you Corey. I think it would be a good idea to post or PM when you add someone just so we know where it's coming from... it'll be easy for me to assume that anyone who adds me is from this site, since this is the only place I have put my PIN, but it helps to know...
