I was taking my girl and my cousin home, and was stopped at a red light to go left to enter the freeway. My friend was in front of us at the stop as well. All of a sudden, this Lincoln car crashes into us from the back. By the way it's a Toyota 4 Runner we're riding in. I get a bit pissed but I said ok we'll just exchange info and go home. I start driving, expecting him to follow me, and he runs off! I said what the ... then I U turn to sort of go after him to at least get his license plate. I didn't speed chase him, that would have not been smart. I was so mad. He just sped off. I just calmly drive. The friend who was in front of me called and my girl answered and said he saw the Lincoln going south. None of us got his license plate...I knew nothing could be done to report him. I take them home, then go home and told my parents. They were calm about it. I was so mad at that person that hit us. The 4 Runner was involved in another accident and now it's involved in one again. I don't know why that person was so immature enough to up and leave. Well, I can't do anything about it except leave karma to do its job. We're all ok and that's what matters. The vehicle's fine too, just cosmetic damage to the rear bumper but everything else is not harmed at all. Man... I seriously wish something could be done.. It's so hard to sit here knowing we can't do anything about it.
Sorry to about your accident Klumzy..Glad to hear theres no damage and everyone is ok..my guess is the driver might not of had a license or Ins..maybe even drinking who knows any legitimate/responsible driver would have stopped to see that you guys where ok and would have exchanged information with you
Sorry this happened, glad you are ok. File a police report, there is a small chance another cop may see his car with damage and they might add 2+2 together and realize this is you hit and run guy.

That is bunk! If you remember what the car looked like and what year it was, there is indeed a chance they might be able to find who it was. I saw a hit and run once, chased the guy down enough to where I could see his license plate and called it into the police department.
Thanks everyone. No pics of the bumper but I'll take some. I'm just glad that there's no worse damage, such as a collission that would damage the drivability of the vehicle. P1et, that was nice of you to help someone out! I bet that person was really thankful of you.
Man that sucks, sorry to hear that buddy but you know what you guys are fine and besides a vehicle can be fixed but a human being is a little more complicated.....I hope all works out buddy. Keep us posted.
Thanks Carlos. Well right now I put it behind. We can live with the bumper caved in. Oh I forgot to take pictures lol but I'll do it tomorrow morning. Yeah human life is more important than a car which can be replaced.
