I called paypal today, they suggested i try to contact jim one more time.
I have sent him and email asking for anything, even a tracking number, more info on how he shipped ect. If this does not go through i will lauch a paypal complaint.

How much longer are we going to wait? I think it is pretty obvious that it is not going to happen. We should go ahead and do what we need to do or find a new vendor IMHO. :giterdone:

 

I contacted Jim Via paypals logic... they said then i have one more proof... I called them back today and they are going to look into things.... so hold tight we will work this out

 

I just got an email from jim... here is what he said


Hi Micheal

As ive said i have three parcels that have not arrived so something is amiss.



I will resend another parcel on Monday to you via a high speed and securer method.



I will then claim on the missing parcel and hopefully be able to receive back.



I am extremely sorry for this situation but i hope you and the members can understand that this is beyond my control

But i will do as much as i can to reslolve this.





so bascily the package will be resent using a diffrent method.....hopefully this time it will work out...since jim says he will ship it paypal wont do much..... they have no reason to think the money is stolen

 

Thats still horrible, it took a Paypal claim to get him to respond.

I would just get a refund and buy from another vendor...

Im sorry that there seems to be a problem with the GB, I speak to Jim on most days and he is currently having some big personal matters to deal with so this is perhaps why you havent heard from him.

I know for a fact that he has sent this out to you guys as I was there with him on the day it was sent. I know Jim very well and I can assure you that he isnt the type to mess people about and takes his business and his customers very serious. I also understand how you guys must feel as you have paid for something and it has yet to arrive, I havent spoke to Jim in a day or two so will contact him about this but I do know he is aware of the problem as he expressed his concern to me about this when we last spoke and said he would send another asap. He also mentioned it wasnt just this parcel that went missing but 2 others aswell that was destined for canada

Just bear with him please and it will be sorted... If it doesnt I will refund you guys personally

sOrry for the late repplys guys. I have no heard back from Jim so I am going to call Paypal tom and ask them wha the optionsa re... i assume they will suggested a inquirary at this point.
I was planning on calling today but was ou at 730 and just got in (10:15pm).. very sorry

I just launched a resolution thingy on paypal... a dispute resolution for an item dispute I belive is whats its called... bu basicly now a msg is sent to the seller, they respond and paypal helps us work everything out.

so we are waiting on paypal now

hi guys,
just spoke to Jim and another parcel was sent out Friday (6th) and was sent International Recorded this time. Dom from DoDo can verify this as he had to send Jim the stock to resend.

So Mike if you could contact Jim he can give you the tracking number so you can moniter the parcels where abouts

 

Calgary, did you get this tracking number and if so what is the status of this package? I sure hope this wax is worth the three month wait!!!:doh:

on a side note, I am not on alot these days due to some persona issues (my best friend is having some trouble right now, and its not going well for anyone invloced) however i am still checking and dealing with this, so just beacsue id ont post everyday does not mean i am not watching and working on it.. it just means im not posting....
