How fast is CG shipping?

Put my order in on Sunday night, but I still don't have a tracking number. The note says it's already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing. Just curious to see if my EZ Creme, hat and MFs will get to me by Friday.

Yes, I went with the EZ Creme over the DWG so I could get the cool hat!

In comparison it is relatively slow with very little communication. It took me nearly a week after my order to get my package and never did receive a tracking number.

Shipping/Communication is def not up to par w DD and AGO. But its worth the wait

 

Also, the packing sucks. My Bare Bones leaked all over the place. Phil needs to start selling the stuff so I don't have to deal with them any more

 

It definitely takes some time before you get any notification from them, unless you order directly from Paul (on the phone)...

 

Really? I personally find their packing excellent, my last order had about 4 gallons of product and they were packed fantastically.

 

Yeah had 2 gallons in it and the box was in good shape, that was all that was in the box though was the 2 gallons with plastic over them, no packing what so ever. my only though is that it shipped upside down and the Barebones leaked through the cap cause the box was undamaged.

 

I ordered some stuff a couple of weeks ago. Shipping from CA to FL took about a week. It was packaged pretty good.

 

Well, this saturday isn't looking good weather-wise anywho as far as detailing goes. I could polish in the garage but the temps will be too low still.

I'm really looking forward to the EZ Creme...I don't want to feel like I have to polish my car every time I see a swirl. I don't mind pullin the wool over mine own eyes.

 

I'm not looking forward to this weekend. I'm supposed to do a dyno day on Saturday and a car show on Sunday.

 

I agree with the above. Placed my first order with them a few weeks ago and it took about a week to get my package. I ordered 16 oz CWG, Strong Wash, WMF and SOFAST. The SOFAST and WMF were packaged together and the washes were packaged together in bags. The SOFAST leaked some destroying the labels on both products (not a big deal) and the CWG leaked in the other bag causing little more than a mess. Here's the kicker and the reason I didn't call and complain instead of 16 oz CWG and Strong Wash they sent GALLON'S! . I was wondering why the box was so damn heavy when I first picked it up...

What they should look into doing is what ADS does when you order samples and that is screw the top on the bottle over a piece of plastic.

 

I agree with what everyone has said, the shipping for me took a little while. I ordered on Friday, it was shipped on Monday and I got it on Saturday from Fedex Home Delivery. It was worth it but I am going to order more of my stuff from DD in place of CG.

 

I've only ordered once, and while I don't remember the communication, the packing was spot on perfect, no issues.

 

Does anyone have their 1-800#??

 

I don't know that they have one. They sent a card with my order and all it has is the 310 number.

 

it always takes them a few days to process and ship.

Never had a problem with things leaking. I always call Paul to put my orders in and he always tells me he will make sure it gets out same day. It then takes about a week to make it from CA to NJ. To me that is great cause Paul really takes care of me.
