I originally had a Range Rover scheduled today but when they had to cancel, a neighbor of mine needed a car cleaned. So today I got to clean a Mini Cooper. My first thoughts were that it should be a fun little car to clean, I was wrong. This car is so compact some of the spots were incredibly hard to reach. Just a basic clean for the exterior and interior. On to the write up.. So I started out by cleaning the tires and wheels.. Man these wheels were horrible Griot's Garage Rubber Cleaner CG Premium Blue Take a look at my wheel sponge.. Then I washed the car down and started to clean the car. Now the white roof seemed to have some dirt actually baked on to it.. Griot's Garage Car Wash Then this came.. Then after letting water vertically fall on to the car for about 10 minutes I dried the car.. Griot's Garage Waffle Towel Now into the interior, which wasn't too bad but once again the car was very compact. So I started by taking out the floor mats and giving the car a good vacuum, then I cleaned the door panels, dash, door jambs, etc. Griot's Garage Interior Cleaner CG One Waterless Befores.. Here are a few new products used during this clean.. Black Magic Applicator Pads ($1.30 for 3 at Big Lots) Black Magic Tire Brush CG Wheel Brush Now for the finished results! As you can see the rain got the car wet again and I snapped the pictures before a final wipe down. Sorry for the lack of after shots, the owner needed to car and I had little time.
Great job!! Except for the wheels, it's a duplicate of our Mini S. That's my favorite color combo. I use a lot of Griot's products as well. The rubber cleaner is awesome.
