New use for iron x

    The house I'm renting needed a deep clean in the shower today, so I thought why not try iron x on the tile.... And wow did that work well! I'll try and post pics later on:)

    how well did it work on the grout?

    It worked really well.normallu I would use clr but iron x seem to work a lot better and you can see it working!

    Shower detail. Nice :p I'm due to do my shower soon. Gonna do full wash, decon, prep towel, polish the tub and Opti-Coat it. lol

    I thought about putting opti coat on my tile but I just used the last of my tube I on a tesla the day before... But iron x sure worked well! Just don't leave it too long otherwise it might stain the grout purple.

    The smell didn't last that long

    Don't think opticoat may make the tub a little slippery ;)

    oh my goodness, i don't think i would take the chance w/ that smell. not inside. yuck!

    Yoy can also use iron-x as a gerat alternative to a stink bomb...lol

    This post just made me think of something. Home depot sells a powder called iron out which essentially does the same thing. Has anyone ever investigated if that product could be used in the deatiling industry?

    What coating have you chosen for the walls?

    I'm interested in trying something on mine just for fun....maybe some JetSeal hahaha
