Recently completed, this new 991 GT3 has had a interesting nine months with delivery then a engine swap. The vehicle over all was in pretty good shape but the wing and rear bumper had deep scratches and factory DA sanding scratches I usually expect from Ferrari and Aston Martin but in no way diminished the high level of what this new GT3 offering is from Porsche. After a thorough wash/decon the factory clear film was removed for prep of Xpel ultimate going on the entire front end and rockers. Clay sponge step. Film wrap in progress. Example of sanding scratches and RIDS on the wing. More defects. After correction. Sanding scratches on the leading edge of the decklid. Defects removed. Sanding scratches on carbon fiber piece in the engine bay. Defects removed. More sanding marks. After. Engine bay looking good(Not much to prep in this new configuration). All the paint was cleaned, polished and sealed. Leather, deviated stitching, and alcantara.............. nice interior but panned by "Purists" for being too Panamera-esqe. Gloss black wheels looking good. Ceramic brakes....................410mm diameter rotors define hugeness. Aggressive styling. Final wipedown before the sun pics. Clearfilm with the clarity. Sleek profile. Back inside after the pic session, optional clear LED tailights look terrific imo.
