I wish I could say I have an ultra fast way to do this, but I haven't figured one out yet. My engine bay was rust proofed by the previous owner, and it looks terrible. I'm trying to slowly eliminate it but finding it rather difficult, especially to do quickly. I'm using Zep Citrus 1:1, letting it dwelll, then trying to scrub it off... it wasn't working great. I then soaked a towel with it and then laid the towel on the areas I'm trying to clean to help it dwell and lift more effectively. It helped marginally but progress was hardly noticeable. Anyone on here have a magic bullet for this? Or is a toothbrush, Zep, and a towel my only friend? I have Zep Purple but I'm apprehensive to use it on painted surfaces...
Tarminator and Blue shop towels. Spray the tarminator, let it dwell for 30 seconds follow up with blue shop towels.
Wow that's awesome, I don't have tarminator yet but I'll grab some and get it all cleaned up... Thanks Hamza!
