just saw the video for this the new Adams wheel cleaner..can somebody give me info on this compare to Sonex wheel cleaner?is this any better stronger ease of use ect? Thank you. ...
Hey Tom I just used some the other day and It works just as well so far . It does have a nice smell .
I gave it a try yesterday for the first time while doing a spring cleaning on my wife's car and I was pretty happy. I had hoped to also test it on my father's E350 which is a good source of break dust to test cleaning power, but unfortunately I ran out of time. My Observations: - Cleaning power seemed to be on par - Price is on par - The cherry cough syrup smell was much easier on the nose. The normal stench only appeared near the end of the cleanup. - Adams is using a different sprayer compared to their normal ones, which I've seen with DP products before. and it worked nicely. Products I used for my test: - DWC - Lug nut brush - Wheel woolies - Adams tire brush - OPC for tires and wheel wells - SVRT Original State DWC at work All cleaned up
thank you guys very much the only thing I'm concerned with is I'm not sure why Adams shows pink I would hate to grab the wheel cleaner instead of my detail spray and start blasting my paint work with it
I tried the sprayer that came with it and immediately binned it. I think it's supposed to foam or something. I put an adjustable Tolco sprayer on it and it laid down a nice, even spray.
Haven't used it myself but Chase@adams described it to me as comparable to sonax FE. I'm sure he'll chime in here eventually
