Phil, do you mean you used the uber MF Cutting pad, not the MF Finishing pad with FG400

 

We finish a jet black BMW M3 this week on speed 4, rupes white pad and moderate pressure. Came out perfect! No marring. Did a dawn wipe and IPA n OPT-coat afterwards

We should be good to go. Got the call from DHL that our special package has arrived from Italy.

It is now pending custom clearance at JFK.

I would be using the Uber 6.5 inch pads.

Is the spacer added between the backing plate and the mounting pad?

 

I currently do not have the spacer.

 

Its just a washer filed down on 2 sides to fits. Anyone can make one.
