The owner of this Porsche was given my name by a longtime client, he had picked up this special car and wanted the car to be optimized in it's appearance. As it was a Ruf conversion the entire vehicle was re-painted and there were some issues the body shop never addressed(Shocked at this development....lol) but after all the work was completed the car looked incredible.

Daniel from Car Connoisseur was up from Southern California again helping me thru this high production cycle, pics of the car as it was brought in.

Daniel doing a test spot to see which steps would be needed, the paint would turn out to be very soft and finishing the paint down took many hours.

    Initial 50/50 pics of compounding.

This 50/50 shows just how much the finish had shrunk, we would get more aggressive in the compounding to fix this issue.

As this photo shows, the finish was in bad shape.

Circular deep scratches, this was going to take some time to correct safely.

    Defects corrected.

Daniel working the front end of the car.

    More deep scratches.

    Corrected.

Wheels were hammered, Old School Kinesis mesh style that required removal to get them back into shape.

Full polish lips made using Sonax FE a must.

    After initial rinse, much better.

Vehicle finished down ready for LSP.
