So I did an exterior detail of my car today, its pearl blizzard white.. Powerlock is currently curing on it and i was going to apply Autoglym HD after about 12 hours of cure time. My question is, should i go with 1 coat of autoglym HD or 2? Will i see a difference or will i just waste product and waste my time? Im hoping there is someone that has tried this out already and can tell me the results. I guess it wouldnt hurt to add another coat, but i find it pointless if it wont enhance the shine.. If i do add another coat, how long should i wait to apply the 2nd layer? Anyways, tell me what you guys think, its almost 3 am and this idea just hit me and i thought i would ask lol
I've done a 3 layer of AGHD on my RX-7. It will not enhance the look of the car, but it will extend the durability. I waited 12 hours between coats. Since you're topping a sealant, there isn't really a need to add a second layer of AGHD, but if you do want that little extra time of protection, go ahead. Else, no advantages.
Went with one layer and it looks amazing on top of PL.. Im really satisfied with that combo The car looks wet! Loving it
