Products Used: P21s total auto wash P21S Metal Polishing Soap Clay Menzerna SIP Menserna 106ff Zymol HD Cleanse Zymol Concours DP Glass Cleaner Lexol Leather Conditioner Procedure: We started out by washing the car in the P21s total auto wash to strip all the wax that was on it. The wheels chrome lip and exhaust tips were cleaned and polished with the P21s Polishing soap. The car was dryed and then we used the bag test to see if there were any contaminants bonded to the paint. Needless to say the car had TONS of them. The next step was to clay the whole car including the windows to make the paint contaminant free. When this was done, we taped the whole car off where it needed and began polishing the car out to get all the defects out(for a white car, you can really see all the scratches and swirls marks in the paint). We first used the Menzerna SIP to remove the more severe defects. Once this was done, we then used Menzerna 106FF for the final polish step. When the paint was defect free, it was time for the Zymol HD Cleanse to prepare the paint for the Zymol Concours. We used microfiber pads to apply the HD cleanse. The final step for the paint was to put on the Concours and that protected the finsih and really brought depth and clarity to the paint. The interior was not in bad shape. What we did was vacuumed all mats and interior, dusted and protected all vinyl and rubber, and all leather was treated with Lexol Leather conditioner. Also all windows were treated with DP Glass Cleaner inside and out. Hope you all enjoyed the pictures as much as we enjoyed detailing this car. Once again thanks to all for the positive remarks and if there are any questions or comments on the detail please feel free to ask. Before Pics: After Pics:
On all the cars we work on, from Porsche's to Lamborghini's to Mercedes Benz, whatever the case may be, we try to get the cars finish as close to perfect as possible. It just so happens our last two details have been Porsche's. Thanks for the positive comments, it is appreciated.
Paul saw this on 6speed the funny thing is the previous owner bought a ton of products from me to maintain the car (Wayne) great guy ashame he had to sell it due to family reasons. The new owner has an amazing sorted out stg 4 Porsche 911 Turbo. Sick car previous owner spared no expense.
Hey Phil, How is it going? I guess the previous owner really did not know what to do with the products. This car was really swirled up and took alot of effort to get them out. I am not bad mouthing the previous owner, just making note of the condition of the car before we got our hands on it. The car is SICK though, really a beast. Phil, I will be giving you a call soon to order some products. Thanks for all the compliments on the detail.
no he knew how to deal with the car he just let it go due to family issues, his father got terribly sick and unfortunately they had some major medical bills to deal with so the toy had to go, I think he has been quite stressed didn't drive it didn't really care about it after all that went down. Paul hit me up.
Yes..it is very sad to hear about why he had to get rid of the car. The new owner said that Wayne was a nice guy. I will definately call you when I need those products. Thanks
