Wolf's Chemicals Shine and Seal - Thumbs Up!

Phil, thanks for shipping my order so fast. I got my glass guard and body wrap yesterday afternoon. Can't wait to use it.

I used this on a orange mclaren mp412 and it works great, definitely makes for a smoother application of body wrap!

Do we have any idea of how long the shelf life is for the Wolfs chemical products ? are they good for a year 2 years more ?

 

All the nano products have a shelf life of 2+ years ! So we suggest to check the quality of it after 2 years, but it will still be good even after that we suspect!

Definitely. It removes light swirls, cleans the paint, ups the gloss and prepares it for the Hard Body all in one step. S&S + HB combo has to be one of my all-time favorites.

 

I just purchased the wolfs kit from Phil. Im new to this but, could shine and seal be used as a finishing polish after M105? I have a Mini cooper with some decent swirls and dark paint, wondering if I'll need something like M205 before the s&s/HB combo.

what we do at the shop is

compound and polish out and then follow with shine and seal prior to body wrap or hard body.

 

What polish would you recommended? I just ordered the griots machine, m105, shine and seal and HB from you. I'm going to be doing my 06 mini and a brand new Honda fit. I'm a noob so the more user friendly the better.

So Shine and Seal CLEANS and seals. Then IPA wipedown is not necessary before using it. Am I right on this?

 

With M105 being a compound you will want to follow that up with a medium/light polish just to clean up the paint a little more as you won't achieve maximum gloss just hitting the paint with M105 and walking away.

Try and see if you can find someone selling some small 16oz bottles of something like Menzerna 106F or even M205 if you want. There are tons of medium polishes out there that you can use and then you would follow that up with your S&S & HB combo. Depending on the deffects that your paint has you may not even need to go as agressive as M105. Always remember to try the least agressive methods first.
