FedEx states the package waa damaged. They nay contact you or you may need to contact them.

Just contacted FedEx and the guy i spoke with seemed like a idiot. Very unprofessional and hardly spoke english . . . . i got bad luck i guess. He did say however the package would be getting shipped back to you and that you would have to file a claim. I'm totally bummed, was really looking forward to using this pressure washer this weekend.

Ok. I didn't want to do this and as i'm not trying to attack the seller or be disrespectful in anyway. I have contacted Phil and asked for his permission to post what i'm about to post. This is simply a warning or a precautionary measure for my fellow DB Friends out there.

I wanted to write to you regarding a member on here that could possibly be trouble. I am not looking for simpathy but simply just letting you know. I will direct you to the following thread:

We spoke a bit about the unit and were able to come to a agreement on things. The bottom line was it came out to $430 including shipping. The transaction was made through paypal which was great. All went well, got the tracking number and watched over the status of the package as it made its way to me out here in Hawaii. There was a issue to where FedEx damaged the package. Long story short i called FedEx numerous times. One time they said it was on the way, the next time they said it was being shipped back to the sender. It recently ended with it being sent back to the sender and well now lets just say it's turning into a Paypal Complaint to get my money returned to me. He was suppose to send the funds over on Yesterday but that hasn't happened yet. I do have his cell phone number as well as his business name too.

We had agreed to refund the money until he received the pressure washer back for him to inspect. If the pressure washer was fine and in working order i would resend the $ for the pressure washer but now things seem a little sketchy as there is no responding to my messages or texts. I don't want anyone to be put in the situation i'm currently in just in case i lose my $430 so just please keep an eye out for our DB Members.

ANOTHER UPDATE

After getting off the phone with the Paypal representative to open a claim i checked my e-mail and lord behold there was a email stating that the seller had sent me a full refund. So as of now i wait for it to enter my paypal account but it looks like the issue is RESOLVED.
