So long story short, some asshat backed into my brothers car and the hood, door and driver side fender had to be repainted. I frequent ONR washes and just want to make sure that it'll be safe to use on fresh paint (about 2 weeks old). thanks in advance.

should be okay, i took my car to a pressure wash about a week after i got mine painted.
it wouldnt hurt to wait another week or so too

Simple washing shouldn't damage the paint at all. They recommend you not cutting/polishing from the auto body for a minimum of 2 weeks.

So ya'll think ONR will be fine?

    I would think so.
When I had my hood repainted, all they said was to not apply any waxes. ONR does leave polymers behind, but ONR is also body shop safe and in theory, doesn't leave anything significant behind.
