    Hello,

I am thinking of getting some of this product but I was wondering if anyone here has an opinion on it? Can I use it in a foam gun? Quality of wash, etc?

    Thanks!

Don't need a foam gun - all you need is a sponge, a bucket, and drying towels. It is a great product. Three years ago I asked about the same question and was REALLY doubtful. I took the leap and have been using it for three years on our cars and no sign of marring so far. Best news for me, I can do a whole car in under thirty minutes with no hoses being dragged around.

ONR has changed the detailing philosophy worldwide IMO. Waterless and rinseless products are being introduced by a large number of companies trying to capture their share of this new market. Optimum has been a leader in this market and has a large following. I was skeptical of this process and product when I first gave it a try. I discovered when properly used its a great product. This is not a sudsing product and is applied by microfiber towel, sponge ,or wash mitt etc. The surface is then wiped dry leaving a glossy finish. If I were a gambling man I would say that for everyone that doesn't care for it there are fifty that use it faithfully.

Thanks for all the responses, it sounds like ONR might be something I would use in the winter.

It is one of the best all around products there is. It works excellent as a rinseless wash, quick detailer, water softener, glass cleaner, clay lubricant, etc.

I do not do many rinseless washes, but I do add it to my traditional wash soaps. I use it to dwell on bird bombs and bugs as it does help remove them easier. I also use it in the winter as a presoak. I do use it as clay lube frequently, and as a general cleaner.
