I've been doing alot of headlight restorations as a individual service. I'm actually averaging more $/hr than detailing doing it.
A coworker from my full time job had these sitting in his closet thinking they were toast. I was able to get them to probably about 90% clarity of a brand new one. I'm happy with them and so is he.

Nice. What did you use after sanding?

Good job, what kind of protection are you going to be using on them?

Don't forget to coat them with 50:50 mix of spar urethane and mineral spirits ;)

Where can you buy that? Do you apply it with a regular applicator and let it dry?

I used spar and mineral spirits with a folded up scots blue shop towel. 2 different sanding discs, 2 polishing discs then compounded. 2 ipa wipedowns to get any oils off then the sealing with spar.
Hardest part was that they were off car. I couldnt figure out a great securement to hold them down while working on them.

    Sent directly from my brain.
