So i just commited to an "internatinal sampler kit" from david.... I am wodering if anyone has tried it? what ther thoughts are? any info on it would be great TIA
cool thanks for the info, so im number 1... but i figure 95 bucks including shipping is not a bad way to start... so for those outside the us this might be the time to try it (if its what you are looking for)
I dont know if I will put it on my car... and im a huge huge huge numba guy.. leading the revolution... but i want to be able to offer a sealent to customers.. if they are willing to pay for it then i will offer it. Also I like to try everything I can. Heck Im not done buying wax and have alifetime supply. Im not even done buying zymol. I LOVE to try new products, eso LSP's. Its my hobby and pasion... so ultima is no excpetion
I have been very pleased with the Ultima products I have used. The Trim and Tire Guard is the best trim dressing I have ever used. I used it all last summer on my watercraft and boat rub rail. It performed amazingly well.
Have any of the ultima users had a had time removing it? I read a thread where a known member voiced his difficulty in removing it to polish
I'm saying that it's not some magical product that you can't polish/compound/wool pad to remove it from the paint. It's like any other quality product out there in that it can be removed with a paint cleaner. The UPPP is a paint cleaner and "bonding" agent for the PGP.
cool thanks for the info.....now i really want to try the ultima line up... im the only one who has commited to this GB thing so i may have to order it seratly which would suck :spank:
I bought the Sampler last year..but it was to late to really try it...I did one car with it...and I never seen it after.... since its my friends car and he lives in another state..i will play with it come spring..maybe on my son's motorcycle....and GF's new Honda CRV....it was easy to work with if following directions.... AL
I picked up a few samples last year myself and have only used the UT&TGP so far. I tried a lot of products on the exterior plastic and the Rubber in the side glass window surround and found none that worked well although many were raved about by others as their favorite. I applied UT&TGP to the hard exterior plastic and rubber last September and was very impressed it held up well through mid January with very very little loss of shine. Now at the end of February, if it EVER gets above freezing in MICHIGAN, I will give it another coat or two. Just the BEST product I have ever used. No luck at all on tires though!
