not sure if maybe my washing method is the culprit or what but i purchased 2 5inch and 2 3inch mf pads from dd 2 weeks ago and have used them on 3 total jobs since....well i noticed today that the velcro backing is separating from the foam on 3 out of 4 pads.....i have been washing with opt power clean about 5.1 and hot water. squeezing and then spinning dry and placed on a wire shelf to dry. anyone had any issues? i love the pads but cant afford to replace pads every 2-3jobs

Mine are doing this on the edges. Side effect of the fiction heat on the adhesive.

I've heard some people got them replaced by Meg's for free.

I'm going to say the power clean is a bit aggressive on the adhesive. I'm getting about 10-20 jobs out of them before we toss them or the adhesive goes on them.

sure thing at a certain point all pads will go bad, remember how much pressure and abuse the compound ones go thru.

but 3 times is not great, I'm going to say its the power clean though.

I do believe that meg's will send you another set. call them.
