I wouldn't want to touch that with ONR :D. I would blast that s4!t off and then foam it. then ONR it lol.

Yeah, it never ceases to amaze me that how clueless people are, there is a guy in my neighborhood who obviously does not get it, he parks his third truck in front of the mail box because he does not want to block the view from his house so he parks it across the street and now everybody else has to look at it. SO, people started calling code enforcement, since there are cob webs on the wheels attached to the curb they considered it abandoned/stored. So they give it a citation, then he just moves it to another 4 feet, and then he gets another ticket..........he has expired tags too, so it won't be long before he just gets his hoopite truck towed, because moving it just 12 inches is driving with expired reg and he can get another fine for that too.

yea and there's the other people who keep collecting countless disabled vehicles and turn their own property into a virtual wrecking yard. lol

Up here a car with expired tags CANNOT be parked on the street. We had a guy in our complex that had a few POS cars rusting away so we called the city and then a towing company and had them removed. Anonymously. :)

yeah, technically here too, but alot of law enforcment tag the car and wait till its moved so they can tow it and nail it with a fat fine........ plus the impound fees etc etc. costs about 1200 to get a car out of hock in Fresno. One of my CHP buddies commented on the truck the other day when he came over, so im guessing it will get towed soon.
