I love my rust bucket, when it's not giving me a hard time with all sorts of problems:





At the 1st car show in 3 years in MTL, the car "won" 3rd place: Best JDM, Best 180/240/Silvia and Best fitment. I lost to "show cars" that arent daily driven lol!



Also got a magasine feature. It's the equivalent of Maxim or FHM up here in Quebec. Full of fake boobies and such. Still nice though

I've always wondered about this.... what is it about the wheels sticking way out past the tire that appeals to people?

It's a trend lol! It will die out someday! Basically, you gotta fit the biggest rim you can find/buy and you have the stretch the tire to fit inside the fender with micro milimeter precision. Cant argue with 6" of lip eh?

what was with spinners, black wheels, fake fender vents, two tone paint jobs, rat rods, ghost flames, airbags, lifted trucks, superchargers....... I could go on. Its part of a specific scene.

My STi has the widest fittment I could stuff under it......... why? Why not? who wants a wheel and tire to look sucked into a fender? Gross.....

 

I was going to buy a R6 until I found out how much it was going to run me for insurance... :yikes:

is that an aftermarket hood? I like that.

 

Mazda added that in 2010 to cool the top mounted intercooler.

It would be fully functional if I hadn't upgraded to a front mount intercooler.:angel:

LOL........... I did not know the speed3 were boosted. more pics. If i had kept the STI i was going to put those TSW wheels on it for the winter...... they look clean and are forged, winning combo.
