This is mainly a post to relieve some stress...i have recently bought or should i say tried to buy some items from Theultimatefinish.com. i was trying to buy the gtechniq window kit due to the fact the only place that sells it in the USA that i know of has an outragous price.First off i purchased the item and they recieved my money.shortly after i recieved an email for me to send them a copy of one of my utility bills to show proof that its me sending the money.which is a little weird but i did just to please them. 3 days ago i emailed them to see where my order was and they said they couldnt complete my order due to not having enough proof that its me.i then emailed them and said if there is anything else they need to complete the order and they said no.needless to say they have yet to put my money back into my account and im pissed...so after all of that i just wanted to thank you phil and the rest at DD for having great customer service and doing things professionaly.i have bought numerous items from you and never had one problem.Just goes to show that cheaper prices doesnt always make the customer happy.so again thanks and DONT BUY FROM THEUTIMATEFINISH!take it from me.lol BTW does anyone know of any other place that sells gtechniq products in the us besides pakshak? thanks
