Long time, no post Been busy with life/kids/gf/etc. and haven't visited here in quite some time. Detailing has taken the back burner ever since my second son was born a year ago. Just don't get to spend as much time in the garage as I would like to. In fact, yesterday was the first time I was able to wash/clay/seal my own damn car lol. It PAINED me to only apply sealant. I really wanted to one step it to get rid of some light swirls, and finally try Justin's glaze (Obsessivedetail) that's been sitting on a shelf for MONTHS. But no dice. And, I actually have a wait list of people who are interested in my services! Kinda cool knowing I'm in demand around here. Just wish I could find the time to fire up my Makita! Anyways, what the newest/best stuff out lately? I dropped off when everyone was buying Menz Powerlock. I did read a little on the Meg's microfiber buffing system too, but not much.
I guess the biggest news is that Phil is bring in Wolf products! Glad to see life is treating you well though, nothing like healthy kids(I hope).
How's the LS treating ya? I just gave mine it's first detail since last summer (haven't had much motivation working 50-60 hours/week, but I was able to make some time). It drives so much nicer when the paint is gleaming and the engine and interior are cleaned to surgical standards
Thanks, gents. I hope to be a bit more active again! The LS is treating me very well, though now is starting to show signs of age (I can see a few spots where the paint is starting to bubble at the bottom of the doors, wheel wells, etc.) So I'll be selling her soon.
