I have a couple pictures. He was away on vacation so he's not sure how long it sat on there, but by the look of it, it's not as bad as some of the egging damage I have seen on other cars. It doesn't look like it cut the clearcoat but the staining is obvious. Basically I'm seeing if it's possible to remove the stain, it looks possible to me from the pictures.
You should be able to Kyle. A light polish or paintwork cleanser should remove most of it. A more aggressive polish may be needed to remove deeper etching.
I wonder if a paint decon system will do the trick? Something like the Finish Kare paint decon system?

Getting the egg off should not be a problem it is the paint that the egg shell chipped that wont come out.
Little update here. He soaked the spot with some soap and water for a couple minutes, he comes back a few hours later in the hot sun, and the stain is completely gone. I am flabbergasted.
When i had a winter beater sombody throw an egg on my rear bumper. I didnt see it for few days and it left a big dull stain. Nice outcome on your truck.
